The automobile power system refers to the whole mechanical arrangement process that the power generated by the engine is transmitted to the wheel through a series of power transmission. When the engine is running, in fact, the crankshaft is rotating. One end of the crankshaft is fixedly connected with a flywheel, which is matched with the clutch to control the connection between the flywheel and the transmission. After the power passes through the transmission of the transmission, the power is transmitted to the differential through two universal joints and the transmission shaft. The differential evenly distributes the power to the reducers of the wheels on both sides, and through the double of the reducer The curved gear is transmitted to the wheel.

In terms of aerodynamics, the power principle of automobile is as follows: When a car is running, it will inevitably impact the relatively static air, so the air will flow around, and the air flowing into the car bottom will be temporarily trapped in the various mechanical parts of the car bottom, and the air will be pulled by the car in motion, so when a car flies by, the paper and leaves on the ground will be rolled up. Great advantage of throttle controller

The throttle is a controllable valve that controls the air to enter the engine. When the air enters the intake pipe, it will mix with gasoline to form a combustible mixture, so as to do work. It is connected with air filter on top and engine block on the bottom, which is called the throat of automobile engine. There are two kinds of throttle: traditional cable type and electronic throttle. The traditional engine throttle control mechanism works by cable (soft steel wire) or pull rod, one end is connected with accelerator pedal, the other end is connected with throttle linkage plate. The electronic throttle mainly uses the throttle position sensor to control the opening angle of the throttle according to the energy required by the engine, so as to adjust the intake volume.

The advantages of the throttle controller are:

(1) Accelerating the throttle opening and improving the static response are mainly achieved by improving the sensitivity of throttle response. When the system finds that the driver has the desire to accelerate, it will drive the throttle opening as fast as possible through the circuit, so that the sensitivity of throttle response is improved. But potentboost does not reduce the classification of the accelerator pedal signal as many people say. In fact, the accelerator pedal signal is still stepless.

(2) The throttle controller has great advantages in amplifying the acceleration of the throttle signal and improving the dynamic response. When the accelerator pedal is depressed, the accelerator will calculate the change rate of the throttle signal according to the amplitude and time of the pedal. The faster the change is, the stronger the acceleration requirements are, and the potentboost will increase the change rate, and the final effect is better acceleration dynamic response.
