Advantage of Electronic Throttle Booster

(1) The biggest advantage of the electronic throttle booster is that it can achieve the full range of optimal torque output of the engine.

(2) Precise control of the throttle opening.
First, the ECU judges and processes various working condition information and sensor signals, and then calculates the optimal throttle opening degree, and then the driving motor controls the throttle valve to reach the corresponding throttle opening angle.

(3) Improved engine emissions.
The ETC system precisely controls the air-fuel ratio under various conditions to make combustion more complete and reduce the generation of exhaust gas. At idle, the throttle is kept at a very small opening angle to stabilize combustion and improve fuel economy. The emissions are also further controlled.

(4) Has higher vehicle driving reliability.
The electronic throttle booster adopts the sensor redundancy design. From the control point of view, the use of one sensor can make the system run normally, but the redundant design allows the two sensors to detect each other, and when a sensor fails, it can be recognized in time. It greatly increases the reliability of the system and ensures the safety of driving.

(5) Different working modes can be selected.
The driver can select different working modes through the mode switch according to different driving needs. There are usually three modes: normal mode, power mode and snow mode. The difference is that the throttle valve has different response speed to the booster pedal.
